From October 8 to 10, 2025, the international exhibition AGRITECH TURKESTAN &
GROWTECH SHYMKENT took place in Shymkent — one of the region’s key agricultural
events that brought together manufacturers and distributors of agricultural technologies,
seeds, greenhouses, equipment, and, among other things, irrigation systems.
The exhibition featured thematic sections focused on irrigation and watering equipment,
making it a central platform for demonstrating innovations and new solutions in irrigation
technologies.
Visitors included farmers from the southern regions of Kazakhstan, heads of agricultural
clusters, technologists, government officials, and distributors.

Kazakhstan is actively adopting water-saving technologies. According to the Ministry
of Water Resources and Irrigation, since the beginning of the year, around 85,000
hectares of agricultural land have been covered by modern irrigation methods. This
trend is particularly strong in the southern regions of the country.
The area irrigated using drip systems is expected to increase to 50,000 hectares.
Face-to-Face Demonstration of Products and Technologies
The exhibition provided Turboplast with an excellent opportunity to showcase its solutions
— equipment and components for drip and sprinkler irrigation — directly to its target
audience: farmers, cluster managers, agro-logistics specialists, and distributors.
Nothing can replace live interaction — demonstrating product performance, asking
questions, seeing the material quality firsthand, and discussing adaptation to specific local
conditions.
